Please note that call-receiving credits are only valid for the duration of your active eSIM plan. If your eSIM plan expires and is not renewed before the credits expire, any remaining unused credits will be forfeited with no possibility of redemption or compensation. - Extension number, APP to download, and dial-in access numbers will be provided upon eSIM activation.
