• 5G or 4G LTE is only supported on 5G/4G LTE capable devices and in areas where the supported network operator has coverage. For iOS devices, it is necessary to have the latest iOS version to access 5G. For Android devices to access the 5G/4G LTE network at your destination, they must have 5G/4G LTE capabilities and support the wireless frequencies used by the network in that area.

Validity

• Your plan remains active either until the end of its purchased validity period or until all your data has been used, whichever comes first. Depending on the package you choose, this validity period can be 1, 7, 15, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days. The period begins when you either activate the plan or connect to our supported network. Additionally, if the eSIM is not intended for immediate use, we kindly suggest adding a note with your order indicating the planned date of use, or ideally, order it 5 days prior to your departure. This will help us ensure that your service is optimally timed for your needs. Thank you for your attention to this detail and for choosing our service!

Package Delivery

• We will deliver the activation code to you through the email address you filled out when placing your order. Please scan the QR code to activate it upon receipt. Note that a QR code is limited to use on one device only. Once used, it cannot be revoked or transferred. Please keep it safe.

Please note that call-receiving credits are only valid for the duration of your active eSIM plan. If your eSIM plan expires and is not renewed before the credits expire, any remaining unused credits will be forfeited with no possibility of redemption or compensation.
